Late night and Thursday appointments will be considered if requested by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. Same day appointment requests must be made by 6pm.

Classes, workshops and events will prevent private sessions from being scheduled. The opening time listed is the first available time for an appointment on that day. The closing time is the time by which the services must be completed. There is some flexibility with the schedule if appointments are booked in advance, but it is appreciated if you can schedule within the posted hours.

It is recommended that you schedule as far in advance as you are able. Same day appointments are sometimes possible. Last minute appointments rarely are able to be scheduled.

Full payment is due at the time of service. While cash is the preferred payment method, a personal check will be accepted as long as there is pre-printed information that matches your current drivers license information.

You will be required to pay a $30 fee in addition to the original check amount in cases of a check being returned Non-paid for any reason.

We require a minimum of 4 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Please note that we charge half of the service fee for all late cancellations and the full fee for No-Shows.

If you are late and miss part of your service, we will try to accomodate a shift in appointment time, however if this is not possible you will receive an abbreviated treatment; regardless you are responsible for the full fee for the scheduled appointment.<\p>

It is my policy to ensure each and every client complete discretion and confidentiality. Anything that is said or done during any session will be held in the strictest of confidence. This is professionally and ethically important, as it provides a safe place to open up and experience yourself at the deepest levels possible.

In keeping with the policy, should we encounter each other in a public place, I will only communicate with you if you approach me first. You are free and welcome to approach me anytime you see me, but to prevent possible social awkwardness with you and anyone you may be with, I will not approach you. Please do not interpret this as anything other than respecting your privacy.

There are no refunds on Gift Certificates. All sales of gift certificates are final and carry no cash value. Gift certificates may be redeemed for the service(s) intended by the purchaser or applied as payment toward a service or group of services of equal or greater value. In the case of the latter, the person redeeming the gift certificate is responsible for paying the full remaining balance at the time of service. If a gratuity was added to a Gift Certificate by the purchaser it is to be used as Gratuity and has no cash value towards any service.

Gift Certificates are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Recipients of Multi-Series Gift Certificates must schedule and attend their first appointment within six months of the purchase date and all sessions in the series must be used within 3 Months of the first appointment for 4 Session Series Gift Certificates or 6 Months of the first appointment for 8 Session Series Gift Certificates.

We are not able to file directly to any insurance company. If your insurance company covers Massage Therapy, I can prepare Receipts or Superbills indicating your payments for you to submit to your Insurance Provider for direct reimbursement. Your full payment is still due at the time of service. I make no guarantees that your insurance company will reimburse you for any services provided. I accept no responsibility for any denial of claims. It is your responsibility to know and understand the policies of your Insurance Provider.
