There was a time when Reiki and Yoga were known almost exclusively in alternative healing and metaphysical circles. Thanks to the increasingly popular ideas of holistic and alternative therapies, both Yoga and Reiki have become much better known to the general population.

With validating recognition from such well known personalities as Oprah and Deepak Chopra, more and more people are embracing the idea that we are much more complex than our bodies appear. That we are in fact made up of Energy. Within that discovery we are given an even broader range of approaches for healing and exploration.

This is incredibly exciting and a definite step forward. As a result, many more people are seriously investigating and exploring alternative methods of healing, and both Reiki and Tantra Yoga are no exceptions.

As these new methods are being discovered by more and more people, I want you to find the deepest potential available from these systems. I want to share my experience as a practitioner and teacher of both Tantra Yoga and Reiki, and help you explore the beneficial relationship they have.

In my experience, I believe that Reiki is indeed Tantric in origin and that understanding its origin and original intention can take both the Reiki Practitioner and the Tantric Student deeper because they complement each other perfectly, each one deepening the other in both understanding and experience.

Every bodily movement has its source in the divine. Everything we do, everything seen or heard, tasted or touched, can be undertaken as a devotional practice.
